You can arrange with our trade-in partner for pick up or use their trade-in kit with everything you need to mail out your device. If you’re recycling, you can get a printable shipping label or drop it off at an Apple Store. Whatever way you choose, it’s always free for you.

What is Apple Trade In?

It’s our trade-in and recycling programme that’s good for you and the planet.

We work with trade-in partners who give you an estimated value based on the device information you provide. If you accept the quote, our partner will arrange a courier to pick up your device (at no cost to you).

Our partner will inspect your device and if it is in the condition stated, you’ll receive a payment for the quoted amount. If the device is not in the stated condition, our partner will send you a new quote. You can either accept the new quote or have your device sent back (at no cost to you).

If it’s not eligible for credit, you can recycle it for free.
